Eduardo Aninat (Chile)Eduardo Aninat has a PhD in Economy from Harvard University and is currently Chairman of Isapres Association of Chile, Chairman of Anisal Consulting Economists (Anisal Economistas Consultores) and Professor of the Catholic University of Chile. He is also member of the Board of Directors of the Mexico-Chile Chamber of Commerce, among others. During the 2005 - 2006 period, Dr. Aninat was Ambassador to Chile in Mexico and was Deputy General Manager of the International Monetary Fund. Dr. Aninat held the position of Minister of Finance within the government structure of Chile from 1994 thru 1999. Similarlly, he has worked as consultant of the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank. In health topics, he participated in the International Sachs-Brundtland Health Commission.
