InformationThe initiatives and projects developed and funded by the Carso Health Institute are wholly devoted to the search of solutions, and are founded on six platforms of action (the six I’s). Information, dissemination, evaluation and analysis constitute our fifth platform of action; their purpose is to accurately measure the impacts attributable to health interventions; share the results of applying the different solutions and the best practices, and thus contribute to the creation of a culture of shared learning and transparency. Through this platform, the Institute will participate in important initiatives worldwide, conducting, mainly through its Observatory initiative, strategic analysis that will facilitate the establishment of better practices for the organization of health systems and anticipate the trends of change in this field. Similarly, the Institute will have a strategy for the dissemination of knowledge that includes a health portal, a bank of educational materials and an editorial program. Although all of our platforms of action act in a horizontal fashion and cut across the whole of our lines of action, the working programs that are more fully embedded into this platform of action are the following:
