The purpose of the Tel-Health Strategy is to develop innovating digital technology-based solutions for the management of information and knowledge. These solutions will be aimed at preventing and controlling chronic diseases and at drastically improving maternal and child health.

To fulfill this objective a sustainable, quickly-to-be-replicated-at-large-scale technologic model will be devised that may be capable of delivering those solutions to the Mexican and Latin American populations that need them the most.

Empower individuals: development of similar solutions that may help to prevent and control other health priority conditions such as HBP, obesity, TB, among others.
Effective management of health knowledge: Identification of solutions that strengthen and facilitate training and distant education.
Facilitate development of social franchises: these solutions have a strong large-scale replication potential to be applied in social franchises.
